Please select carefully because on custom hairpieces we do not offer an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, unless there is a manufacturing fault, we cannot issue refunds.

Stock Hairpiece Returns must be received in original package with all sent items - including gift items. Return RTN numbers should be written on the outside of original packaging. Refunds can take from 30 to 90 business days depending on refund type. Refunds are processed as they were received (i.e. if you leave a $500 deposit using your credit card we will refund $500 to the credit card used to leave your deposit. If you pay by cash, check or money order a check in the refund amount will be mailed to you.) Constructing a hairpiece can take anywhere from 60 to 400 hours or up to 8 months depending on the tier, hair and base materials used. 20%-50% restocking fee covers part of the expenses used to construct your hairpiece. Sorry no refunds for all discounted or sale units. Revisions and store credit only.
